Novo West Lakes has reached a major new milestone, with the issuing of titles for the Stage 2 Parkside release.
Elsewhere on site, there’s no slowing down of activity on-site as we prepare for a busy 2026 ahead.
The latest milestones include:
- Multiple display homes are now under construction along Lochside Drive, due to open in 2026
- Civil works, including the footpath and indent parking, are complete along Lochside Drive
- Landscaping in this area is now underway
- Stage 2 Parkside civil works continue with the installation of water, communications and electrical infrastructure
- The early learning centre is currently under construction by Bella Build
- Earthworks on the upcoming Stage 3 have been completed
