Originally built in a 1930’s inter-war stripped classical manner, the building has a parapet front wall and a rendered cornice. The refurbishment of the building will focus on preserving historical features while providing views and access to the hotel’s garden which will also overlook the public open space linkage that runs through the broader Novo West Lakes site.

Opening its doors in late 2025, Edge Early Learning West Lakes will provide quality early learning and care for children from 6 weeks to school age.
The new custom-designed early learning centre will feature spacious indoor learning rooms with dedicated atelier art spaces that enable children to express themselves through creativity.
