Over the last few weeks, the Novo West Lakes site has been bustling with activity as the earthworks for Stage 2 are well underway.
Heavy machinery is onsite and there are large trenches dug out to form the foundations for where the new roads will be built.
There has also been some preliminary site work on the Stage 1 Lochside blocks with construction of these houses to be commencing very soon.
The new sales office is also now in place on Lot 5 and undergoing final fitout, ready to be open to the public in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned for further updates about the opening times.
Our Stage 2 land release for those wishing to build their own homes has also been very popular, with the imminent release of the land lots along our western boundary due to officially hit the market in the next couple of weeks.
