With all of the required planning approvals now in place, we are pleased to confirm that civil works have commenced onsite at Novo West Lakes.
We have contracted Bardavcol, a highly experienced contractor, to complete these works which will both geotechnically and environmentally prepare Stage 1 for subdivision.
The works involve the excavation of existing non-engineered fill and replacing it with compacted engineered fill suitable for future residential dwelling construction, and are supervised by our geotechnical engineering consultants, environmental consultants and Environmental site Auditor and conducted in accordance with the Construction Environment Management Plan approved by the EPA.
Stage 1 Lochside land lots will be build-ready by the middle of the year, and the eagerly anticipated Stage 2 release is just around the corner.
