Along Lochside Drive, both civil and display home construction continue to progress well.
Civil construction works are also underway on Stage 2 Parkside, with services being cut in and the new road infrastructure being created.
With our 2 bedroom townhouses almost sold out, our release of 3 and 4 bedroom homes have been well received by the market.
Works on the childcare centre at the northern end of site continue to progress well with an expected completion date of March 2026.
