With winter behind us, there’s plenty happening on-site at Novo West Lakes.
The Lucia townhouses are progressing well, with the scaffolding coming down to reveal the façade as we near the lock-up stage.
Across the lane, the slabs are down for the Luna townhouses and framing is now going up. Further along, construction of the Fiorina and Stella townhouses is well underway.
Work has also begun on the open space program, which will create the new park along the eastern side of the community, backing onto the Fiorina and Lucia townhouses.
Along Golden Wattle Road, the civil works are nearing completion. The kerbs are finished, footpaths are going in and bitumen is about to be laid.
